Wooden Bullet Starter

This is one of the best ball starters on the market today.  While most ball starters are only available with female threads on the long end, this ball starter features 10/32 threads at each end.  This allows you to utilize custom loading tips of your choice at each end of the starter and on all steps of the loading process when loading your muzzleloader.  You will have to choose the loading tip to suit the bullet you intend to shoot.  It also compliments the Standard and Long range loading tips available here ensuring no damage occurs to the bullet during the loading process.  You will have peace of mind knowing the bullet has been seated on the powder charge and no deformation has occurred to the projectile during the loading process.  Another feature I really like about this particular starter is that it has a flat face with a 3/8″ hole recessed into the wooden ball.  This feature allows you to place the wooden ball over the ramrod end while you finish moving the bullet to the powder charge in the seated position while acting as a palm saver.  This is a great tool to have in your pocket in the field on the hunt.  I highly recommend this tool.
